Dr. Jafri is a board certified family physician with added qualification in geriatrics and palliative care, graduated from UT Houston family medicine and geriatrics/palliative medicine departments.
With focus on providing quality medical care and improving quality of life, Dr. Jafri has been providing exceptional care to Texas residents for the last 10 years both in acute care and in post acute/ long term care settings.
Dr. Jafri is a proud Texas resident for over 15 years now and is raising 2 boys, 14 and 12 years of age together with his beautiful wife.
