Activities Director
Brief info
Lily Barron is the Activities Director at Huntsville Health Care Center. She is originally from Mission Bend, Texas, and has lived in Conroe, Texas since 2020. Lily has been with HSM since July 2023 and has grown her career through dedication and hard work.
She began her journey with HSM at our sister facility in Conroe, where she worked as a dietary aide. From there, Lily went on to earn both her CNA and CMA licenses before transitioning into activities and recently obtaining her Activity Director Certification. Her diverse background allows her to bring a well-rounded, compassionate approach to resident care and engagement.
Outside of work, Lily enjoys spending her warmer days on Lake Conroe jet skiing, wakeboarding, and fishing with her wonderful boyfriend, Jay. In her free time, she also loves going on bike rides with Jay on his Ninja Kawasaki. Lily brings the same energy,compassion, and enthusiasm into her role, creating a fun and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
