Karyn Johnson serves as the Director of Social Services at Huntsville Health Care Center, bringing extensive experience, compassion, and a deeply personal commitment to supporting residents and their families. A resident of Huntsville for more than 25 years, Karyn has spent over five years serving residents within the Health Services Management network.
Karyn’s dedication to long-term care is especially meaningful to her because her father was once a resident at Huntsville Health Care Center. That experience continues to inspire her to ensure that every resident is treated with the same love, dignity, support, and attentive care that she wanted for her own father.
In her role, Karyn is committed to helping residents and families navigate transitions, address concerns, and access the resources they need. She values open communication and strives to provide reassurance and compassionate guidance throughout each resident’s journey.
Outside of work, Karyn treasures time with her only son, her daughter-in-law, and her beloved grandson. She is especially proud of her newest and most joyful role—being “Mimi.”
