Darin Severson

Darin Severson is a dedicated senior living and long-term care executive with more than three decades of service to others and the teams who support them. Originally licensed as an administrator in Nebraska, his career has spanned the United States, where he has held leadership roles across skilled nursing/long-term care, assisted living, independent living, memory care, and large continuous care retirement communities.

Throughout his career, Darin has served as an executive director, regional director of operations, and in multiple corporate leadership capacities, including corporate administrator overseeing Texas operations for a SNF/LTC organization. Under his leadership, communities have achieved 5-star CMS ratings, multiple deficiency-free annual surveys, and consistently strong operational, clinical, and regulatory outcomes at both the facility and corporate levels.

Darin holds bachelor’s degrees in psychology and criminal justice, as well as a Master of Health Administration. He is also a certified nursing home preceptor in Texas, actively mentoring emerging leaders entering the long-term care and senior living profession.

He is passionate about developing high-performing teams, elevating care standards, and helping shape the future of senior care through leadership, accountability, and compassion.
